I had a pleasant stay at the Premier Inn. The rooms were very nice and clean, much bigger than other Premier Inns I've stayed in, with a spacious and clean bath; however, some rooms are too hot and noisy. The service was good overall, with some staff going above and beyond to ensure a great experience, though a bit lackluster response regarding car damage. The location was ideal for a stopover base with easy access to major routes, though a slight damp smell was noticeable. The dining experience was enjoyable with excellent quality meals, especially in the non-busy restaurant. Facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at this hotel was lovely. The room was very nice and clean, surprisingly spacious to comfortably accommodate me and my three children in January. The bath was also lovely, clean, and roomy. However, the breakfast service was a bit rushed which affected the taste of certain dishes, and we faced some issues with the car license plate being damaged overnight in the car park. The location was quiet with easy access to transportation, but there was some disturbance from drilling in the bar area. The dining experience was okay but overpriced for what was offered.
